A legacy of quality construction

Marigold is a partnership between longtime Vancouver Island developer Hackett, and Mann, owner of Don Mann Excavating Ltd. Tim’s previous significant Central Saanich project — Polo Park, finished in 2002 on the old Saanich fairgrounds — has about 130 units of single-family houses, townhouses and condominiums. He also developed subdivisions in Gordon Head and Long Beach Lodge Resort in Tofino.
