Marigold Lands Ltd. and partners Steve Mann and Tim Hackett are delighted to announce that Phase 3 will begin construction this early spring, with the homes ready for occupancy in early 2024.
Hackett and Williams Development Ltd. will construct the project, trusted builders with over 50-years of experience, with some developments right here on the Saanich Peninsula.
Once our costs are established, we plan to presale a limited number of condominiums and townhouses starting this October.

The condominium will contain 50 residences, all large one, and two bedrooms, many with dens. All homes will include high ceilings, air conditioning and generous balconies, with the upper floors having fantastic ocean and island views. All suites will have access to a communal landscaped rooftop amenity, including a BBQ area and a large sitting area, covered with a canopy and pergola, perfect for relaxing and socializing! The underground parkade is hidden by tiered landscaping and has ample bike parking and EV charging stations. Great effort went into designing exceptional floor plans. There will also be plenty of storage. The interior finishing, including the bathrooms and kitchens, will be of a high standard, designed by the award-winning design firm Kimberly Williams Interiors.
The townhouses have three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a den or bonus area, a lovely private outdoor space, and a garage.
